Thanks so much for supporting my music — it truly means the world. Here are a few things to keep in mind when ordering merch, concert tickets or digital downloads, just so we’re all on the same page:

Shipping & Handling
Once you place your order, it’s processed right away — especially since many of the items ship internationally (usually from Europe to the U.S. or other locations). That means shipping and customs costs kick in right away, and I can’t cancel or change the order once it’s in motion.

Downloads
Downloads are initiated right away, so you’ll get a pop-up on your device, which you’ll need to accept to download the music. If you don’t see it, please disable your pop-up blocker.

Concert tickets
When we sell tickets to shows on my website, it means it’s a tiny show, usually 30-50 people max. Each ticket is an intimate spot that can’t be replaced last minute. Please be mindful of that, and if you can’t make it, please give your tickets to friends instead of asking for a refund. We all want a full house, and give people the chance to see me live in an intimate setting 🙂

No Refunds or Returns
Because everything is made and shipped with care, and because I’m a one-woman operation juggling music, shows, and life — I’m not able to offer refunds or returns on any of the items on my site. I hope you understand. Every purchase goes directly into helping me keep creating music and sharing it with you!
